Easy Tofu and Broccoli Stir-fry

Starring protein-rich tofu and the health-food superstar broccoli, this delicious stir-fry is an extremely easy meal with a delightful Asian flair. This dish can also be conveniently prepared in under 2o minutes, making it a great option for busy weeknight fare.

Easy Tofu and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1/2 head of fresh broccoli
1 package extra firm tofu, cubed
Approximately 2-3 tbsp sesame oil
Approximately 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until tofu is cooked through and broccoli is fork tender. Serve hot.

Note:

The quantities listed of sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic are all very approximate and may be altered to your individual taste.
